<p>We are increasing our involvement in Central and Eastern Europe and are currently looking for Associate Consultants in the Czech Republic (ideally Prague area) to work with us on a flexible project basis.</p>
<p>Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on exciting digital strategy projects for major clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.</p>
<p><strong>Skills/experience</strong></p>
<p>Associate Consultants in the Czech Republic must:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have at least five years’ experience in healthcare, digital strategy, healthcare market research/analysis, communications or other relevant field</li>
<li>Be fluent in Czech (ideally native speaker) and have a good level of English, as English is the language used to communicate within our team internally. Comfort with writing and speaking Slovak and/or another language (e.g., German) would be a bonus</li>
<li>Have in-depth knowledge of the Czech digital environment, in terms of broadband, mobile phone and social media usage, etc.</li>
<li>Have in-depth knowledge of the Czech healthcare environment</li>
</ul>
<p>The <em>ideal candidate</em> would have experience of working in or with the Czech and wider Central and Eastern European pharmaceutical or healthcare systems and would also have a good knowledge of digital methods of communication.</p>
<p>In addition<strong>, </strong>Associate Consultants have skills in at least one of the following areas relating to strategy development or implementation:</p>

<li>Surveys and market research</li>
<li>Research, results measurement, and analysis</li>
<li>Technical specification and implementation of digital channels</li>

<p>Creation Healthcare has launched the third annual Healthcare Engagement Strategy Awards, which aim to recognise the most effective initiatives and outcomes in the healthcare engagement space in 2011.</p>
<p>Since their launch in 2009, the HES Awards have drawn attention to individual pioneers, online patient communities, social networking sites, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and NGOs that were making a difference in the healthcare space, and providing ideas others could learn from.</p>
<p>Each year’s set of winners has featured life-changing ideas and initiatives that have inspired others in the following months, providing excellent examples of best practice in the industry.</p>
<p>This year, the judging panel that will be reviewing the final set of candidates will be comprised of all of Creation Healthcare’s associate consultants, who are present in 15 countries around the world and includes experts in pharmaceuticals, medical devices,clinical information, patient engagement and healthcare marketing. The review process will analyse all candidates and lead to a shortlist of finalists, who will be interviewed in detail.</p>

<p>Previous winners have shared their experiences and the lessons they learned, thus providing a platform others can build upon, proving that there are several credible ways of engaging online without having to resort to high-tech strategies.</p>

<p>The Healthcare Engagement Strategy Awards are promoted by Healthcare Engagement Strategy, Creation Healthcare’s monthly e-journal that is read by healthcare and pharmaceutical professionals.</p>

We saw huge potential to make a positive difference through this emerging channel.</p>
<p>Today, we carry the same vision. Fourteen years have passed, and new and emerging channels offer even more potential to change people&#8217;s lives. We have seen the fulfilment of our original vision, that the Internet would start to transform the way businesses and organisations operate, in a positive way. And in the field of healthcare we have seen the greatest impact.</p>

<p>This is a full time role. You will be primarily home-based, with visits to Creation Healthcare’s offices in London or elsewhere, or to client sites, as required. You should have a full driving license and your own vehicle. An excellent remuneration package will be provided.</p>

<p>We&#8217;re looking for experienced and talented <strong>Associate Consultants</strong> to join our international team working on a <em>flexible</em> project basis. Applicants are invited from all over the world, although at this time we are particularly looking for new consultants in Japan, China and South East Asia.</p>
<p>Successful consultants will have the opportunity to work on exciting digital strategy projects for major clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.</p>

<h3>Specialist skills</h3>
<p>Associate Consultants have skills <em><strong>in at least </strong></em><em><strong>one</strong></em><strong> </strong>of the following areas relating to digital strategy:</p>
<ul>
<li>Surveys and market research</li>
<li>Research, results measurement, and analysis</li>
<li> Technical specification and implementation</li>
<li>Strategic workshop facilitation &amp; training</li>
<li> Digital project management</li>
<li>Documentation and report writing</li>
<li>Marketing or communications for healthcare/pharmaceuticals company</li>
</ul>
<h3>Your personal attributes</h3>
<ul>
<li>You should be highly self-motivated, and proactive about learning new skills</li>
<li>You should have an inquiring mind and love solving problems</li>
<li>You must focus on results, and care about attention to detail</li>
<li>You must be an excellent communicator</li>
</ul>
<p>The ability to communicate in multiple languages will also be an advantage. English is the language which we use for internal communication within our company.</p>
<h3>Essential experience</h3>
<p>Associate Consultants must have:</p>
<ul>
<li>At least five years&#8217; experience in a relevant field</li>
<li>Experience working on communications projects in healthcare</li>
</ul>

<p>Individual consultancy commissions will be carried out as scoped by the Head of Strategy Implementation. You will be responsible for the successful implementation or delivery of your commissioned consultancy components, which will vary by project.</p>
